We also automatically collect specific types of information about your device and you when you interact with our Services.

Cookie. We, along with our third-party partners, gather information using cookies, pixel tags, or analogous technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. When you visit or return to our Services, we read the cookie to identify you as one of our customers and help you recall orders or preferences you have selected. 3. Information Obtained from Third-Party Sources

Background Checks. We collaborate with third-party associates to conduct background checks on users (which include users, members, and guarantors), and acquire publicly accessible data such as criminal records, eviction history, and address history.

Additionally, we obtain credit history data from credit reporting agencies and third-party credit card fraud detection services, which assist us in preventing and identifying fraud. We may also request you to submit more information (like your driver’s license, credit card or bank statement, a recent utility bill, an employment agreement, pay stub, tax return or other relevant information), or respond to extra questions online to help verify your data.

Other Third Parties. We may also acquire data about you from other sources. Examples of this data may encompass: information from social media services that are integrated into our Services (e.g., Facebook); page-view data from merchants with whom we run co-branded businesses or to whom we deliver technical, fulfillment, advertising, or other services; and information from partners like Zillow and Trulia who share your search term and search result data with us.

If you decide to connect our Services to a third-party account, we may receive information about you, such as your name, email address, profile photo, and your linkage of the third-party account. If you prefer to restrict the information accessible to us, you should check the privacy settings of your third-party accounts to learn about your options.
